After you have chosen your Home design or worked with our on site Designers, you will begin personalizing your new home by selecting all of your custom features from dozens of choices. Then, EFG Custom Homes makes it easy to finance your new home with our many Banking Institutions partnerships. Their competitive rates, sensible loan options and make financing simple.

Just before construction begins, you will meet with your Project Manager for a Pre-Construction Meeting. We will take time to carefully review all of your selections and guide you through all of the steps of the building process, giving you the peace of mind you deserve.

When framing is complete, we will walk you through your home in detail. This allows you to see first-hand the quality of construction, and we address any questions before the drywall is installed..

When your home is complete, you’ll return just before settlement for a thorough review of your home, including orientation on all of its systems and features. We’ll address all of your questions before you move into your new home.

Our team helps makes the closing process simple and understandable so you can enjoy moving right into your new EFG Custom Home.

After you’ve lived in your new EFG Custom Home for almost a year, We will arrange a visit to inspect your home and evaluate its on-going performance. In addition, we will provide you a complimentary One-Year Warranty to repair any settlement related drywall issues that are often common.
