20-House Development to Take Shape Near Water Tower

Construction on the first houses in a 20-lot development will start by the middle of September, developer Ed Pavicic said. Pavicic’s Edwards Financial Group is developing the Stone Creek Village subdivision, located off Bassett Road, south of Detroit, near the water tower.
